I'm On A Boat...

...well, I was two weeks ago! Anyways, I did a quick run through of the photos I took while on our cruise and decided to showoff some of the nature-related ones.  The waters were the bluest blue, the sky was amazing, the wildlife was...well...wild! Enjoy a few shots from our trip.

Don't forget to leave comments! I'd love to know what you think :-)

Details from two pieces done by Dale Chihuly...one of my favorite sculptors!  You can see the full sculptures here.

No Longer Newlyweds!

It's official...my hubbin and I are no longer in the newlywed category.  We celebrated our 1st anniversary on Oct. 18 and jumped on a boat the next day to repeat our honeymoon on a cruise.  With friends in tow, we visited Nassau, Bahamas.  The 5 days went by like lightening, but we are glad to be back home too.  I can't believe it's already been a year! I love him more every day, and cannot wait to spend the next 65+ years (that's how long a couple on the cruise was celebrating) with him.

PS...I am still swaying as if I was on the boat!

My Happy Place!

The farm is my happy place! Kirk's dad owns 70 acres in Hancock County. We took Brian & Terrisa there one afternoon after our group had a game night. There are always perfect rays of sunshine coming through, animals wandering around, and fish to catch! Just a few shots from my happy place.
